Долго отправлял заказ, больше месяца шел, открыла посылку упаковка заказа разорвана, кто это сделал? Рюкзак был грязный и затертый! Я очень не довольна заказом, больше не буду у вас ничего заказывать! Трекер плохо отслеживался, я очень расстроена! Не приятно получать такую посылку (( Замок наверху сверху был затерт, была грязная полоса, я вытирала салфеткой, все равно осталось!
